In the junior high school department of Bubugao Experimental School, student associations are not only the cradle of interest, but also a real platform for students' self-management, independent development and collaborative creation. We systematically support students to spontaneously form and operate associations, return the initiative of growth to students
This process itself is a miniature project management practice, which effectively cultivates students' planning ability, leadership and open expression. At present, more than 30 student self-government associations have emerged in the middle school department, covering a wide range of fields such as pottery, comics, rap, literature, sports, skateboarding and so on. Some communities have developed from green at the beginning to mature communities that can independently complete campus activity records, hold charity sales of works, and produce high-quality souvenirs. Community activities show the distinctive characteristics of "student-led and united by love", forming a positive and active campus community cultural ecology.
We firmly believe that the higher goal of education lies in awakening the potential within every child. Through community activities, we not only impart skills but also guide students—in their active exploration and creation—to learn how to become happy, well-rounded individuals who contribute to society.
