When the child takes that step in the real task - from "I'm so scared" to "I succeeded", the vitality is lit up in the moment.
Sports are not only "faster and higher", but also to let children enter life in a fuller state: physical, psychological and social adaptation at the same time. Sportsmanship is not a one-time expression, but an attitude towards life.
From "seeing potential and shortcomings", to "laying a solid foundation", to "igniting courage in real challenges", and finally precipitating love into long-term confidence and habits.
Two sets of long-term tracking systems: national standard physical fitness test (running, jumping, strength, sensitivity, coordination, etc.) + psychological performance in challenging situations (whether to take the initiative to try, whether to stick to the end). There are not only grade/class portraits, but also the analysis of each child, which are used for curriculum goals and support plans.
Set goals based on the physical test results, do not do boring exercises, but promote them in a story-based and situational way: physical fitness level (movement skills), equipment level (equipment exercises), team level (cooperative exercise), and challenge the "ultimate task" at the end of the semester - a children's heroic journey. Each child has individual physical analysis and individual support for morning exercise.
Take the child to the real practice field: climb an 18-meter steep slope on a rainy day, climb the tree and slowly descend from the height of the second floor, find the direction of the lawn... Bravery is not reckless sprint, but calm judgment and creative solution. Those children who are "strong" in physical fitness will also learn to face uncertainty here; and children who look "weak" often show amazing resilience.
Once a week, from kindergarten to Xiaoshan, return to the comprehensive track of 1km+ per lap and 80m+ cumulative climb; after a year, it is equivalent to completing a 42.195km "in-park marathon". Running makes children move from short-term excitement to deep pleasure after persistence, and precipitate love into stable confidence.
Literacy course (1-year system): fixed coaches and groups, systematic mastery of special (shooting, ball control, roller skating, etc.), suitable for children who "want to drill deep".
Sports club (open and flexible): multi-project try in the morning/after-class, which is suitable for children who "want to play in a variety of ways". There is no need to specialize too early, and you can also maintain exercise habits and fun.
Summer water course, Daling Mountain camp class, New Year's Marina Bay hiking, parent-child sports meeting, graduation camping... Children experience sports in different time and space, and gradually pass the "sports spirit" into daily life.
